A transaction based fee of 1% of the suppliers list price (net of returns) will be invoiced to suppliers on a monthly basis.

As critical elements of this proposal are end user support and integration with practice management software providers, 10% of the net transactional fees collected, will be re-distributed to the practice management software providers to cover their costs of developing and maintaining an Eye-Tracker interface. An additional 15% of collected fees are available to practice management software providers who provide full support to their clients.

As a further source of funding, Eye-Tracker will make available reports containing aggregate data to the eye care industry.

Eye-Tracker Inc. will provide, at no charge, a reasonable amount of implementation consultation to each supplier or eye care professional. We will also allow for a reasonable amount of consultation for on-going monthly maintenance. Additional time or consultation required will be made available on an hourly or project basis.
